The MD106 ceiling skirting board is a decorative profile with small dimensions, which makes it suitable for arranging small interiors as well as large usable areas. The strip is waterproof. It can be easily installed in rooms with a higher level of humidity. It will perform equally well in spaces exposed to strong sunlight. UV radiation does not affect the color change or crumbling of the surface. The ProFoam material from which it is made is durable, and the use of innovative ScratchShield® technology further strengthens it, making it resistant to mechanical damage. MD106 can be used with LED lighting. The ceiling strip is enriched with LightGuard® technology, thanks to which the LEDs do not pierce spot through the material and the light is perfectly diffused.

Waterproof
The strip is fully waterproof. This means that it can be successfully used in rooms with high humidity, such as bathrooms or kitchens. In a situation of flooding, direct contact will not affect the appearance of the strip.
UV resistant
The molding, thanks to special refinements and coatings, is resistant to UV radiation. Installation of the molding in a sunny place will not cause its yellowing or discoloration.
Primer-coated strip
The molding is factory-coated with a special primer with smoothing, protecting and facilitating the distribution of subsequent layers of paint. For a perfect visual effect, we recommend painting the molding with any water-based paint after installation.
Resistant to swelling
Mardom Decor mouldings, unlike those made of MDF and other plastics, do not deform, delaminate or swell under the influence of moisture. They are dimensionally stable and do not shrink or expand under the influence of changes in atmospheric conditions in the room.
LightGuard Technology
The skirting board has a unique LightGuard® technology, which completely prevents the LEDs from pointing through the surface of the skirting board. The PolyForce® material from which the trim is made is incredibly dense and enriched with specialized enhancers, so the light diffuses beautifully around the profile. The back side of the molding with LightGuard® technology has specially shaped spaces for the insertion of LED tape. This allows the light to fall at an angle that gives the best illumination effect. Gluing an LED strip to a strip that does not have LightGuard® technology results in unsightly clearances.
For use with LED lighting
The specially profiled inner side of the strip has space for inserting LED tape. Thanks to this, you can get the effect of gentle illumination of the room.
